CMT-VSR BIG BASIC

The CMT-VSR BIG BASIC is a combined high-speed core and belt-driven rotor balancing machine. By integrating two machines in one housing, it provides a complete turbocharger balancing center.

The first station is the CMT-VSR Big, dedicated to high-speed core balancing of passenger car and light/medium commercial vehicle turbochargers. It ensures high production efficiency of approximately 150 to 200 cores per 450-minute shift.

The second station is the CMT-TR Polimer, dedicated to turbocharger rotor balancing, including compressor wheels and turbine wheels.
