Multi-station machines come complete with in, out, and reject tracks to fit seamlessly into production lines. Movement between stations is through a robust walking beam that has minimal changeover requirements between brake rotor types.
Machines are supplied with integrated automatic mill correction, mill cut-start sensors, and intelligent feedback. This ensures a quality cut on the brake rotor, increased machine throughput, and reduced rejects.
Our brake rotor balancing machines come with our industry-leading UNI-64 Windows measuring system and easy-to-use Winbal balancing software. This includes error proofing of setups and operation, features to improve cycle time, routine maintenance prompts, and comprehensive Industry 4.0 built-in diagnostics.
