Leak detection & refrigeration Helium recovery systems

Herec k 75 s

Features two stages: low pressure and high pressure. The low pressure stage is managed by a vacuum pump

Two-stage operation (low pressure and high pressure) Vacuum pump for low pressure stage Maximum efficiency of recovery for very low helium test pressure Designed for medium/small production lines with test pressure lower than 13 bar Automatic helium loss restoration Helium concentration analysis controls in tanks Purity preservation of delivered helium Alarm sensors for anomaly detection Integration with Galileo TP leak detection machines Two-stage operation (low pressure and high pressure) Vacuum pump for low pressure stage Maximum efficiency of recovery for very low helium test pressure Designed for medium/small production lines with test pressure lower than 13 bar Automatic helium loss restoration Helium concentration analysis controls in tanks Purity preservation of delivered helium Alarm sensors for anomaly detection Integration with Galileo TP leak detection machines
Selected Capabilities
Two-stage operation (low pressure and high pressure)
Vacuum pump for low pressure stage
Maximum efficiency of recovery for very low helium test pressure
Herec K 75 S

The Herec K 75 S system features two stages: low pressure and high pressure. The low-pressure stage is managed by a vacuum pump that guarantees maximum recovery efficiency, even for very low helium test pressures. The system has been designed for medium to small production lines with helium test pressure lower than 13 bar. Analysis controls monitor helium concentration in the tanks, allowing the unit to preserve the purity of delivered helium at the desired value. Alarm sensors are installed to flag possible anomalies. Herec K 75 S communicates with Galileo TP leak detection machines to provide complete integration between the systems.
