UWM EX, our ultrasonic welding system, is designed to hermetically seal and crimp copper tubes of cooling circuits in hazardous areas.
Overview
UWM EX, our ultrasonic welding system, is designed to hermetically seal and crimp copper tubes of cooling circuits in hazardous areas. Thanks to the ultrasonic technology, the system welds different types of copper tubes in a couple of seconds with high quality standard reliability and maximum safety.
The ultrasonic Tube Sealer UWM EX was designed for crimping, welding and cutting the copper tube up to a maximum diameter of 6-10 mm and wall thickness from 0,5 up to 1 mm.
It is composed of the main welding body, ergonomically designed for welding with two hands on, and a separate ultrasonic generator, electronically controlled. It is fast, reliable and highly safe in usage with low maintenance costs.
The UWM EX is completely integrated with the GEDA system for data acquisition and statistics, remote programming as well as external supervision of the line.
