A range of horizontal and vertical balancing machines are available to accommodate a wide range of pump impellers, measuring unbalance in one or two planes for parts up to 20,000 kg in weight.
Pump impeller balancing machines are typically supplied as flexible manual machines. For higher production, they can be equipped with automatic unbalance correction such as milling for reduced balancing time and higher-quality balanced parts.
Our balancing machines for impellers and multi-stage assemblies come with our industry-leading UNI-64 Windows measuring system and easy-to-use Winbal balancing software. This includes error proofing of setups and operation, features to improve cycle time, routine maintenance prompts, and comprehensive Industry 4.0 built-in diagnostics.
All our balancing machines have a small footprint as standard, are installed and commissioned in as little as one day, and are built largely with industry-standard components.
