Grand Rapids, Mich., June 10, 2025 — Ascential Technologies, a leading global provider of automated diagnostic, inspection, assembly and test systems and services across a wide range of industries, has promoted Anh Nguyen to director of software engineering and team lead of  Ascentialytics under the company’s Test & Measurement Systems division. Previously, Nguyen served as associate director of software development for Ascential Technologies’ Medical & Life Sciences division, in which she was instrumental in developing and driving software best practices and processes, spearheading data collection efforts and engineering initiatives that produced significant improvements. 

In her new role, Nguyen will lead and oversee the development and growth of Ascentialytics, a new data analytics and remote monitoring platform, which is a key offering of the company’s Ascential Care customer service program. As a robust data analytics platform, Ascentialytics is designed to seamlessly integrate into a wide range of instruments and equipment, enabling real-time insights and data-driven decision-making. Additionally, it simplifies the collection, storage and analysis of data, offering anomaly detection and customizable reporting.

Nguyen war bei Ascential Technologies zunächst als leitende Programmmanagerin für die Konzeption, Entwicklung und Bereitstellung wichtiger kommerzieller und medizinischer Produkte von der Durchführbarkeit bis zur Produktion verantwortlich. Zu Beginn ihrer Karriere entwickelte sie Software für Sun Microsystems und Oracle in den High-End-Server-Produktlinien. Vor ihrer Tätigkeit bei Ascential Technologies war sie als Chief Technology Officer und Vice President of Software Engineering bei Creative Electron, Inc. tätig, wo sie für die Überwachung der technischen Strategie und die Leitung eines Startup-Softwareteams verantwortlich war, das fortschrittliche, automatisierte Röntgenbildgebungs- und Inspektionsprodukte auf den Markt brachte. 

Nguyen hat einen Bachelor of Science in Elektrotechnik von der University of California, San Diego.
