Universal Balancing offers manual, semi, and fully-automatic driveshaft balancing machines for passenger car, light truck, and heavy duty applications. With a clear understanding of customers’ need to maximize machine utilisation, these machines feature some of the fastest cycle times and changeover in the industry, with full part-to-part changeover including tooling possible in 10 minutes.

The flagship driveshaft balancers are highly configurable, ideal for high volume and high accuracy OEM production. They are capable of rapid fully automated balancing of 1 to 4 piece driveshafts requiring balancing in 1 to 5 planes. A selection of chucks accommodate CV, flange, slip yoke, open UJs, spline, and rubber couplings.

All driveshaft balancing machines feature the UNI-64 Windows measuring system with poka-yoke process features to address manufacturing deficiencies.
