Chelsie Brecht Joins Ascential Technologies as Director of Marketing, Test & Measurement Systems Division for the Americas

Shelby Township, Mich., September 25, 2025 — Ascential Technologies, a leading global provider of automated diagnostic, inspection, assembly and test systems and services across a wide range of industries, has hired Chelsie Brecht as director of Marketing AMER for its Test & Measurement Systems (T&M) division. In this role, Brecht will focus on developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies across the Americas, supporting the T&M division’s growth and innovation goals. She will oversee campaign planning, brand positioning and the integration of digital channels to reach new audiences and deepen engagement with existing customers.

Brecht brings extensive experience in digital marketing leadership and creative strategy. Most recently, she served as senior manager of corporate marketing at Cepton, Inc., where she spearheaded integrated marketing strategies that elevated brand awareness and accelerated business growth. Her background includes leading successful product launches and implementing performance analytics that achieved measurable results across digital channels.

Her background spans digital strategy development, brand management and integrated campaign creation across web, social media, SEO and emerging digital platforms. Throughout her career, Brecht has translated marketing strategy into measurable results across diverse industries, while developing campaigns that align with business objectives and drive sustainable growth.

Brecht holds a Bachelor of Science in communication studies from Grand Valley State University, where she graduated with honors and also earned a minor in business management. Additionally, she studied business management at Mahidol University in Thailand.
