Save the date:
Thursday, June 26 // 1 p.m. ET

Choosing the right supply chain strategy isn’t just about cost—it’s about understanding and managing risk, supply chain resilience and creating long-term value for your organization. As manufacturers navigate tariffs, supply chain disruptions and evolving regulations, the question is no longer just offshoring vs. reshoring—but rather, choosing the right models to strategically balance proximity, cost and risk.

Join Todd Bauman, senior supply chain director, and Uwe Krueger, executive vice president, transportation with Ascential Technologies, for an expert-led webinar that breaks down key supply chain models and explains how to choose between them for sustainable success

Non-Contact Wheel Alignment

Our multi-line laser, computerized, non-contact wheel alignment system (NCA) is built to handle even the most unique tire shapes. With temperature calibration, an increased field of view, no need for mechanical camera movement, and stray and ambient light filters, our systems are guaranteed to be accurate. Additionally, our system’s modular design makes it capable of adapting to a wide range of tire and vehicle sizes—and it can read wheel tilt, which eliminates the need of a camber camera. Our NCA machines are easy to use and flexible and support manual, semi-automatic, and full-automatic toe set adjustment.

Our NCA Machines will accurately and repeatedly measure the vehicle toe, camber, and caster settings on the four wheels of a vehicle—these values are continuously displayed, allowing operators to make real-time adjustments.

In addition, our multi-line system provides 3D reconstruction and curve calculations, providing the most accurate data possible and making the sensors less prone to positioning. Simply put, calibration and verification is easier with our systems. Our sensors not only provide the highest level of accuracy, they provide a cost savings—fewer sensors are needed, allowing the same level of accuracy with 2 sensors as opposed to 3. Existing machines can be upgraded.
