Overview
Universal Balancing offers a range of crankshaft balancing machines for all types of light and heavy-duty crankshafts including inline, V, and single cylinder. Proprietary workholding has counterbalance designed in to remove the need for bob-weights, improving throughput.
The dedicated self-learning crankshaft unbalance algorithm reduces correction to the minimum number of holes possible, increasing drill life and reducing cycle time. Auto crankshaft balancing machines include dual drills, minimum quantity lubrication, and advanced chip extraction as standard.
Mass centering machines include special workholding to locate the part with precision measurement and optional feedback from the main production line to fine tune machining processes. All machines feature the UNI-64 Windows measuring system and Winbal balancing software with Industry 4.0 diagnostics.
