Ascential Technologies Hires Jerome Stiger as General Manager of Three Rivers Location
Shelby Township, Mich., March 18, 2026 — Ascential Technologies, a leading global provider of automated diagnostic, inspection, assembly and test systems and services across a wide range of industries, has hired Jerome Stiger as the general manager of its Three Rivers, Michigan, facility. In this role, Stiger will lead the location’s Precision Machining operations and assume all leadership-related duties.
Stiger brings years of manufacturing and plant leadership experience to Ascential Technologies. With a strong focus on lean manufacturing and continuous improvement, he has a consistent record of leading cross-functional teams, implementing lean flow strategies across sites and driving productivity while reducing direct labor costs.
“Jerome has tremendous leadership and decision-making skills that make him an excellent fit for leading the team and uncovering areas for efficiency and performance improvements,” said Matt Boshoven, General Manager of Ascential Technologies’ Transportation in the Americas. “In addition to his ‘get-things-done’ attitude, he possesses a thorough understanding of lean production systems and operational strategies that will help amplify team output, drive long-term results and help streamline processes.”
Most recently, Stiger was the production manager at TecNiq, Inc. where he was responsible for leading over 110 employees from production, maintenance, materials and manufacturing engineering teams. During his time there, he implemented 5-S standards as well as lean flow and automation in primary product lines, resulting in significantly reduced costs.
Prior to his role at TecNiq, he spent time as operations manager of business excellence at Stryker Corporation where he implemented and led various lean efficiency strategies and trainings across multiple business units. He also held various roles during his time at Mann+Hummel, most recently as plant manager directing site operations and improving overall productivity, while generating 20% capacity growth within the primary production department.
Stiger holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from The University of Toledo and an MBA from Methodist University.
