Rotor balancing — start right, or nothing else works
Dynamic balancing of the bare turbine wheel / shaft / compressor wheel assembly before the core is built.
Core balancing — kill the whistle, extend the life
Balancing the assembled CHRA at operating speeds up to 300,000 rpm to eliminate vibration and the undesirable whistling effect, extending turbocharger lifespan.
Flow-bench calibration — prove it works before it ships
Dynamic VNT/wastegate calibration of the complete turbocharger using mass air flow, pressure, and oil supply that mirror in-vehicle conditions.

All high-speed core balancers run up to 300,000 rpm with automatic speed/cycle control, automatic correction-point calculation, reverse-rotation balancing, multistage oil filtration, and a C-type interlocked safety guard.
