At CIMAT, we offer a complete range of balancing machines for pumps — from vertical balancers for pump impellers, multi-stage pump assemblies, and impeller-motor assemblies, to horizontal bed-style balancers for pump rotors of every size. Whether you need a compact 30 kg vertical for production-line impellers or a 20,000 kg horizontal for the largest pump rotors, there is a CIMAT machine sized for the job.

Our vertical pump balancers cover impellers and multi-stage assemblies from 30 kg to 1,000 kg, with on-station drilling correction across six models (CMT-30 V through CMT-1000 V). Our horizontal pump rotor balancers run from 5 kg up to 20,000 kg, with end-drive (H2C) and belt (H2B) configurations available across twelve models (CMT-5 through CMT-20000) and custom designs for every customer.

Both lines share the same foundation: the latest ROTORTEST measuring and control unit, simple and intuitive software, support for every common correction method (milling, drilling, grinding, punching, welding, adding balancing weights), and full compliance with ISO 21940-23:2012 and the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC. Balancing reports save as PDF, CSV, or XLS and can be sent straight to your ERP via Ethernet.

Our pump balancing machines have a small footprint, typically take just one day to install and commission, and are built primarily with off-the-shelf industrial components — keeping maintenance straightforward and parts easy to source.
