ProbHe has been designed and built to be used in any kind of assembly lines of cooling units (refrigerators, deep freezers, air conditioners etc…)  performing  evacuation, pressurization with nitrogen for mechanical and gross leak test and pressurization by tracer gas (helium/hydrogen mix) for  fine leaks.

ProbHe is designed and built for use in any type of cooling unit assembly line (refrigerators, deep freezers, air conditioners, etc.), performing evacuation, pressurization with nitrogen for mechanical and gross leak tests, and pressurization by tracer gas (helium/hydrogen mix) for fine leaks. ProbHe can also perform volume, flow, and humidity measurements as well as flushing tests with nitrogen. The working phases for each cycle are fully programmable. To guarantee maximum quality and performance, the system can be interfaced with the Herec K helium recovery system.

ProbHe M (Multisniffer) features a manifold that connects up to 8 custom sniffing pliers instead of using the leak detector sniffer probe. The manifold can be combined with the most common leak detectors on the market. Each plier has a dedicated LED indicator for easier and faster readings. The Multisniffer version is designed to reduce human error in leak detection and is particularly suited for high-production-rate lines.
