Bolted Cylinder Test Systems

Titan Bolted Cylinder Test Systems system for fluid power linear motion applications. Designed and built to improve production, profitability and quality, bolted cylinders are typically high pressure with a large bore.
Threaded Cylinder Test Systems

Titan Threaded Cylinder Test Systems system for fluid power linear motion applications. Designed and built to improve production, profitability and quality. Almost completely automated, our test systems accept a wide range of products/models and require minimal operator interaction. An optional vision system allows testing without special fixturing or mounting of cylinders.
Rear Struts – Mining Trucks

Titan Rear Struts – Mining Trucks system for fluid power linear motion applications. Designed and built to improve performance, profitability, and quality, our fluid power test stands are second to none. On the leading edge of validation testing, our systems are equipped with an array of sensors (powered by sophisticated data acquisition software) that can check leakage, flow, pressures, gal/min, etc. Almost completely automated, our test systems accept a wide range of products/models and require minimal operator interaction.
Large Bore Cylinders

Titan Large Bore Cylinders system for fluid power linear motion applications. Designed and built to improve performance, profitability, and quality, our fluid power test stands are second to none.
Mining Truck Rear Strut Assembly & Test

Titan Mining Truck Rear Strut Assembly & Test system for fluid power linear motion applications. Titan has built several different systems for assembling and testing hydraulic struts for heavy-duty mining trucks. Strut components are very heavy and large which make them difficult to handle safely. It is critical that the sensitive seal between the rod and the housing is not damaged during insertion.
Mining Truck Front Strut with Conveyor Assembly/Test

Titan Mining Truck Front Strut with Conveyor Assembly/Test system for fluid power linear motion applications. Titan has built several different systems for assembling and testing hydraulic struts for heavy-duty mining trucks. Strut components are very heavy and large which make them difficult to handle safely. In addition, it is critical that the sensitive seal between the rod and the housing is not damaged during the insertion process. The front strut also serves as the pivot for the front wheel. The seal must hold pressure while the rod rotates.

Cartridge Valve Test

Titan Cartridge Valve Test system for fluid power valves applications. Designed and built to improve performance, profitability, and quality, our fluid power test stands are second to none. On the leading edge of validation testing, our systems are equipped with an array of sensors (powered by sophisticated data acquisition software) that can check leakage, flow, pressures, etc. Almost completely automated, our test systems accept a wide range of products/models and require minimal operator interaction.
Priority Regulator Valve Test

Titan Priority Regulator Valve Test system for fluid power valves applications. Designed and built to improve performance, profitability, and quality, our fluid power test stands are second to none. Priority valves receive custom engineering for specific applications, making each valve and associated tests unique. The test system is designed for customer-specific needs and is almost completely automated, our test systems accept a wide range of products/models and require minimal operator interaction.
Auxiliary Valve Test

Titan Auxiliary Valve Test system for fluid power valves applications. Auxiliary valves consist of multiple sections assembled together to form a stack to be used in mobile applications. A typical stack consists of 2 to 10 sections with each section being selected for a specific function. Sections consist of a directional control spool with or without a float position, proportionally actuated mechanically, hydraulically, or electrically. Sections may include workport reliefs, PO checks, pre or post pressure comp and flow limiters. Titan has taken two approaches to test auxiliary valves. In one approach, the section is tested alone and then a very simple test is performed on the complete stack. A second approach is to perform section level testing after assembled into the stack.
