Ascential Technologies Welcomes Todd Bonner as Service Manager, Americas  

Shelby Township, Mich., March 31, 2026 — Ascential Technologies, a leading global provider of automated diagnostic, inspection, assembly and test systems and services across a wide range of industries, has named Todd Bonner as service manager for the Americas. In this role, Bonner will lead service operations for the Aerospace & Industrials business unit, driving operational excellence, enhancing customer satisfaction and ensuring exceptional service delivery across a diverse customer base.

Bonner’s background combines strong leadership and project management expertise to drive strategic planning and improve service delivery. Known for implementing effective training protocols and programs that increase efficiency, he fosters collaborative teams that support business development. His forward-thinking and resourceful approach has consistently delivered success across the industrial and manufacturing sectors.

Prior to joining Ascential Technologies, Bonner served as service installation manager at Mac-Tech where he oversaw onsite project planning, customer communication and training. Additionally, he analyzed customer feedback data to identify opportunities for improvement and created installation documents for service teams. Before his time with Mac-Tech, he held the role of service installation manager at SBS Ecoclean USA where he planned, supervised and evaluated service operations while maintaining strong customer relationships. In this role, he also established and managed quality assurance protocols that significantly reduced defect rates, ensured compliance with industry standards and managed KPI development to support exceptional customer service. Earlier in his career, he worked as a technical project manager at BLM Group where he led all laser-based new machine installations.

Bonner holds associates degrees in energy technology and electrical electronics from Henry Ford Community College.
