Choosing the right supply chain strategy isn’t just about cost—it’s about understanding and managing risk, supply chain resilience and creating long-term value for your organization. As manufacturers navigate tariffs, supply chain disruptions and evolving regulations, the question is no longer just offshoring vs. reshoring—but rather, choosing the right models to strategically balance proximity, cost and risk.
Join Todd Bauman, senior supply chain director, and Uwe Krueger, executive vice president, transportation with Ascential Technologies, for an expert-led webinar that breaks down key supply chain models and explains how to choose between them for sustainable success. Learn:
Key supply chain models and when to apply them.
How geographic strategy impacts cost, speed to market and regulatory compliance.
Cost considerations beyond the Landed Cost Model, including operational costs, risks and value creation.
Supply chain leaders are facing more complexity — and more opportunity — than ever before. Demands for speed-to-market are reshaping how transportation and industrial companies think about sourcing and manufacturing.
Gone are the days when the decision was as simple as offshoring vs. reshoring. Today’s leading organizations are embracing right-shoring: a data-driven strategy that balances cost, proximity and risk to build resilient, future-ready supply chains.
